Venky is a chemical engineer with more than 27 years of experience in solids handling and dewatering technology applied to the water and wastewater industry. His background includes developing equipment layouts, selection and development of specifications, preparation of process flow diagrams and P&IDs, and process descriptions and control philosophies. He has led design and troubleshooting for dewatering installations and commissioning. Venky has in-depth knowledge of electrical, controls, and automation applied to the process industry. He is skilled in staff supervision, cost control, negotiations and technical evaluations.

Anton Belozerov, EIT
Anton is an electrical engineer with a background in electrical systems, controls and data management. His role at Archer includes electrical drawing development, control systems design and optimization as well as mechanical design and analysis. Over the past 4.5 years, he has been involved in the commissioning and troubleshooting of various equipment including centrifuge, DAF systems, High Speed Turbo Blowers, and chemical dosing skids across North America. He has also undergone training in Germany on controls, installation and troubleshooting high speed turbo blowers. Anton is also proficient in PLC programming and electrical design of control panels as well as IoT (Internet of Things).
