Venky is a chemical engineer with more than 25 years of experience in solids handling and dewatering technology applied to the water and wastewater industry. His background includes developing equipment layouts, selection and development of specifications; preparation of process flow diagrams and P&IDs; process descriptions and control philosophies. He has led design and troubleshooting for dewatering installations and commissioning. Venky has in-depth knowledge of electrical, controls and automation applied to the process industry. He is skilled in staff supervision, cost control, negotiations and technical evaluations.

Anton Belozerov, EIT
Anton is an electrical engineer with a background in electrical systems, controls and data management. His role at Archer includes electrical drawing development, control systems design and optimization as well as mechanical design and analysis. Over the past 1.5 years, he has been involved in the commissioning and troubleshooting of dewatering equipment in over 10 projects across North America.

Garrett Cahill, EIT
Garrett is a junior chemical engineer with 8+ months of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry. His skill set includes the development of process flow diagrams and P&IDs, the selection of process equipment, project estimation and cost analysis, and customer service. In his current role, Garrett’s duties include engineering design support, developing project proposals, preparing engineering submittal documents, executing commercial processes such as quotation, order entry, shipping and assisting in the successful commissioning of water treatment equipment to our customers in North America.
